岗位职责：
1. 参与SAP HCM/SF系统的实施，包括客户的需求调研、方案设计、系统配置实施与交付
2. 负责SAP/SF系统日常需求沟通，并与团队共同提供解决方案，并根据方案完成系统功能配置、测试、数据收集、SCHEMA调整等；
3. 负责SAP HCM/SF系统报表、接口需求沟通，提供解决方案，编写开发文档；
4. 负责SAP HCM/SF系统日常运维工作。
任职资格:
1. 本科及以上学历，计算机科学、信息管理、人力资源管理等相关专业;
2. 熟悉SAP HCM/SF实施或运维，能承担独立完成薪酬模块实施的工作;
3. 熟悉SAP HCM或SuccessFactor产品特性、功能配置;
4. 较强的逻辑思维能力，能够与业务部门顺畅沟通，了解当前业务痛点和需求，并协助制定业务解决方案;
5. 具备良好的沟通及项目协理能力
6. 有英语能力的更佳
