全面负责项目会计核算工作,贯彻国家财经政策、法令、制度,落实公司财务管理办法,制订项目部年度财务工作计划,并负责实施;协同物资等部门制订切实可行的材料管理办法,负责预付、应付账款的清理,参加材料清查盘点以及库存材料的分析;参与拟订适合本项目的成本管理办法、经济计划、业务计划,会同预算部门编制成本费用计划,控制分析其执行情况,积极组织成本核算;会同劳资部门制订工资管理及发放办法,依法计提工资附加费及其他费用;建立各项台账,做好对外协调与沟通,按月编制资金计划,及时收取工程款;审核项目各项收支,复核有关凭证、账簿,编制各类会计报表;为项目部的经济决策提供资料,积极参与项目各项经济活动,处理好与项目各业务部门的关系,保证各部门间各项核算数据资料的统一性;协助财务总监处理财务部日常工作并及时完成领导交办的其他工作。 [详情]
