职位描述：
Authoring Manager JD: 1. Responsible to the daily operation of Technical Information Department. 2. Cooperate with the counterpart in HQ (in USA) to plan and manage the projects assignment and ensure the reasonable chargeability. 3. Lead the projects management (start – plan – execute – monitor – delivery – lessons learned). 4. Reasonably integrate and use the company resources to meet projects requirements and ensure quality and delivery to satisfy clients. 5. Continuously improve the working process to optimize the operation cost (which covers quality, efficiency and management). 6. Enhance team building and stability. 7.
