具体岗位描述：

岗位职责Job Responsibilities：
1、负责公司的实物质量管理和质量文化建设、质量培训，使公司的质量管理过程和产品符合欧美主机客户的要求。
Responsible for the company's physical quality management and the cultivation of quality culture and quality training, ensuring that the company's quality management processes and products meet the requirements of European and American OEM customers.
2、以国际客户标准建设和管理生产过程、产品检验和测试过程以及各类实验室。
Build and manage the production process, product inspection and processes, and various laboratories according to international customer standards.
3、负责按客户质量要求主导、督导产品质量持续改善和改进工作。协调公司各部门，确保产品质量满足客户需求。
Lead and supervise continuous improvement and enhancement of product quality according to customer quality requirements. Coordinate with various departments within the company to ensure that product quality meets customer needs.
任职要求Job Requirements：
1、本科及以上学历，铸造、质量管理等相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above in casting, quality management, or related fields.
2、具备10年以上质量管理经验，5年以上欧洲汽车制造业质量经理以上岗位工作经验（熟悉铸造更佳）。
At least 10 years of experience in quality management and 5 years of experience as a quality manager or above in the European automotive manufacturing industry (familiarity with casting is a plus).
3、熟悉IATF16949、VDA6.3等管理体系标准。
Familiar with management system standards such as IATF16949, VDA6.3, etc.
4、具有较强的领导力、沟通协调能力和团队协作精神；具备良好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。
Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills, and a spirit of teamwork. Capable of good problem analysis and resolution.
5、能用英语进行流利的沟通交流。
Language: English – able to communicate fluently in English.
6、年龄45岁及以下。
Age: Below 45 years old.
