1. To set the targets in collaboration with the management2. To relate directly to DIMT strategic customers during commercial functions3. To lead industrialisation projects4. To lead continuous improvement in the DIMT, improving the standards and reducing downtime5. To establish the policies and production targets for the DIMT6. To develop production programmes to meet targets and to establish the means required to do so7. To coordinate the different industrial operations8. To guarantee manufacturing within the established time limits and in accordance with the agreed-upon quality requisites9. To communicate, disseminate and monitor all action policies10. To encourage and ensure good housekeeping in the plant11. To coordinate manufacturing, planning, provisions/dispatch and maintenance12. To meet the targets established for the DIMT in the yearly business plan13. To guarantee compliance with the communication plan14. To use the company's computer resources
