Position: Customs Coordinator
Position Summary:
Import cusotms coordiantor?
Key Accountabilities / Responsibilities:
Following up import scheduling and check import shipping docs
Coordinate import customs clearance in time with accurate data
Shipment control table updating on time and monthly reporting
Claim and compensation for loss during transportation (SQDR)
Management of handbook and bonded RM
Documents filing and documentation with Finance for payment settlement and filing purposes
Maintain "Standard cost" of RM
H.S. Code pre-classification to avoid duplicate taxation
SAP entry
Requirements/ Qualifications:
1> 2-3 years Work experience, and Associate or above education
2> Basic knowledge on international trade and logisitcs
3> Experience with customs formalities, H. S. Coding and related process and documentation
4> Be familiar with Excel, word.
4> English Skill in written/ spoken is preferred
